All Personal Data requested by IzyBat are essential for the provision of the service. Failure to provide the required information will prevent the service from being delivered.

The profile information processed by IzyBat originates solely from data you have provided yourself.

3. Recipients of Personal Data

3.1. Internal and External Recipients

Personal Data are processed by IzyBat’s internal teams and may be shared with third-party service providers strictly for service management purposes, as described in Article 1.2.

3.2. Partner Companies

Partners offering services through IzyBat have access only to the Personal Data necessary to deliver those services. They are contractually bound to comply with all applicable data protection regulations.

3.3. No Third-Party Transfer

IzyBat does not share your Personal Data with any third party outside its designated partners.

3.4. Data Hosting

Personal Data are hosted exclusively on servers located within the European Union.
IzyBat will not transfer your Personal Data to hosting providers located in non-EU countries.

4.1. Retention Period

Retention periods are determined by legal obligations, regulatory requirements, and the nature of the data processed.
For example, reservations associated with your email for notification purposes are deleted the day after the reservation ends.

4.2. End of Retention

Once the retention period has expired—or if you exercise your rights under Article 6—IzyBat commits to permanently deleting all copies of your Personal Data.

IzyBat places utmost importance on the security of your Personal Data.
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented at all times to ensure a level of security adequate to protect your data from alteration, destruction, or unauthorised access.
