USER FAQ

Do I need to download an application?

No, everything is done via a web app and you do not need to install anything.

Can I access my locker if my smartphone battery is dead?

Yes, either by using a badge or via the web interface on a PC.

Can mobile phones be used in addition to badges?

Yes, via NFC on smartphones, for remote or local opening of lockers (no apps to download)

Can I access my locker in the event of a power or network failure?

The lockers remain secure (unlike other solutions, where all lockers open). An optional battery power supply provides accessibility for one hour.

FAQ MANAGEMENT / OPERATIONS

Are my company's badges compatible?

Yes, the solution is compatible with most RFID badges on the market.

How are registrations for connected lockers managed? By whom?

Each user can register independently. We can provide you with a tool for bulk importing users and will assist you with this step. Bulk import allows you to pre-register all user information, assign the correct profile to each user (visitor, resident, operator, administrator) and pre-assign the professional badge. This simplifies the user onboarding process.

Is it possible to set up multiple profiles? How many? Who can do this?

Yes, an unlimited number of profiles can be set up. Settings are configured by Izybat at the outset and subsequently by the client administrator.

The four main profiles are:

– Resident: employee on site with the option of being assigned a locker.

– Visitor: default profile, allows you to obtain a locker for the day.

– Operator: can drop off parcels for registered employees.

– Administrator: all rights.

This list of profiles can be expanded as needed.

INSTALLATION FAQ

What power supply is required to install connected lockers?

A single electrical socket per locker block, with a 4G connection. And, of course, an RJ45 socket if you want an Ethernet connection.

Is it possible to switch off the indicator lights at night and on weekends?

What happens in the event of a network outage?

The opening and closing of lockers is 100% preserved. Only server accessibility for registering a new user or deleting a profile is suspended. An automatic reboot of the router in the event of network loss is provided for.
